LOL... :giggle:

...very true!

I can't believe they still charge to list items. They'd make billions more just letting people list for free, and making the rest on all the extra end of auction fees!
#7
Thanks a lot. Rep left.
Always seem to forget about these.
#8
Thanks! Looking forward to listing stuff!

Going to list some PC components. Thanks!

News is coming in strong and fast the the Google/Amazon cohort are placing serious pressure on eBay. As a result, eBay will be reducing fees very soon.
#12
Good for those who use Paypal , bad for those who don't or who dislike paying 3 sets of fees .

They should be removing the listing fees & only charge final value fees .

I might have misread this actually , does it mean all forms of payment with Paypal as an option ?

Indeed I have but I'd personally would not want to use Paypal for half price fees when they will certainly make a lot more on all the other fees once totted up .
#18
Although I do begrudge paying all the fees, I don't think that scrapping the listing fees would be good, as then people would be selling all kinds of rubbish if it's free to put on.
I think the final value fees should possibly be less, or at least cheaper if you are using Paypal as well.

I listed loads at 1am, all full price???. I know and have read the offer, and I have paypal on automatically, don't know if it was a systems error. Will check the forums.

Ok, I list through TurboLister and it was showing fees at full price when checking. But have checked my account on ebay online and it has added fees at the promo rate, :)

Precisely. You'd just get business sellers listing hundreds of the same item. Look what happened to Yahoo Auctions and QXL. As if you don't have to filter through enough junk already
