They certainly look the bees knees and have got good reviews on Ebuyer from those who've bought them, even at the previous full price. It's definitely a mega luxury and won't suit all, but it's now at a hell of a cheaper price than it was, which is why I think it is a fairly hot deal. Could be great if this sort of thing floats your boat and you've got a bit of spare cash, but couldn't afford it before. Anyway, let me know if anyone buys one after reading this :)

Thanks for reading, manufacturers blurb and more pics below

You have to question peoples intelligence when voting something cold just because THEY don't like it.

My understanding is that HUKD is a deals site and you get the opportunity to vote hot or cold on the deal NOT because it's not your personal taste.

Must have something to do with some sort of power trip or something like that ??

It's not rocket science really is it ? You don't like the product, move on to the next one or you find that product cheaper or dearer then you vote accordingly.
And if you want to make a comment about the product you have the freedom to do just that !

Well that's my interpretation, someone correct me if I'm wrong ?

Have a great Sunday :)

Surely this has to be hot, ok it’s not for everyone and remember a deal should not be voted cold just because you personally cannot afford it!

A deal is a deal regardless of the sums involved!

Now if only I had the space!

Well spotted OP!

mmm and im sure everyone has the space for a big massive chair like this.

No matter how much you pay for these chairs its not like the real thing , i wonder sooner fork out money for a proper massage.

Agreed if you do not have the space then you are unlikely to want to purchase it no matter how much of a bargain it is!

Yep who wouldn’t want a personal masseuse waiting for them at the end of everyday!

:?

So anyway for those who have the space a spare grand and have always wanted a top quality massage chair this looks like a damn good buy!

Well just get a friend to do it for free then its win win all round :)

I usually get ropped into doing all womens back though as they say im so damm good lol

btw whats time limit on these chairs? they usually state that you cant sit on them for longer then10/20mins , otherwise you feel like you have being doing road works if u spend to much time on them :w00t:

If I could be bothered, I'd vote this cold for the following reason: there is almost no general apprehension of just how much something like this costs or is worth. IMHO the price for this item is now extremely expensive, where before it was usuriously extortionate.
#9
Wow ,what a chair . I suffer from back problems and was thinking about getting a relaxer ,but I'm limited for space .I haven't quite got to the Stephen Hawking stage yet , so I'll pass on this one . Not sure about those arm rests ,they look like they'll clamp you in for a week .
It just needs a set of wheels and a motor . Can you get this MOT'd ,taxed & insured ? :-)

Isn't this a direct copy of Captain Kirks chair? :-D

I agree with op some people vote cold for silly reasons.

Don't you get bored with Beans on Toast every night for your tea!

Relaxation you say? The chap in the chair looks like he's about to have his nuts fried so, relaxation I don't think so.

This is the coldest thing I've seen so far this year.

Anybody mention relaxation?

The blurb does state that it has a RELAX mode but I am guessing from the chaps facial expression he has pressed the recovery button!

Ok so it’s not your idea of relaxation but hey drinking strong beer from a tin at home whilst reading the sun is not my idea of relaxation either, so each to there own!

This is VERY cheap for a chair like this, relatives just bought almost exactly the same chair for £2500!!

Don't vote cold just because you can't afford it or you don't have enough space.
#15
voted hot , although reminds of an electric chair
#16
For the people voting cold etc.
You could drive down to one of the Motorway service stations every night and have a go on the massage chairs they have at about £2 for 5mins :w00t:

And of course if you could have been bothered at all you would have researched to make sure you weren't going to be proved wrong.

There are many instances of this chair available from different suppliers and wholesalers. Most ask you to contact them for a price however the following provide prices:

http://www.massage-chairs-direct.co.uk/ £4,195
http://www.reflex.uk.com/?kw=massage%20chair%20uk&fl=6290&gclid=CPSmo4yllpECFQNhMAodGWlEHA £1249.99 (in white) RRP £3149.99

There are probably more but I can't be bothered searching any further.

In my opinion the price of Swede is extremely expensive, however searching around tells me that is the market price therefore my opinion really counts for nothing. I either pay that price or I abstain, shouting foul at the greengrocer is only going to prove I am ignorant of the Swede market.

Telling him his goods are usuriously extortionate would probably earn me a punch on the nose at the least.

By the way I think this chair is hideous but I could see sticking it in the right environment and charging £2 a go would soon bring in a profit.

Makes it a good buy really if you own a massage parlour with staff shortages.

It is a good price & maybe i would consider it if i had the space for it but ive tried these sort of chairs before and to me it just feels like im shaking all over the place.

Maybe this is better i do not know.

Seems that nobody as brought one of yet?
#21
this looks great, never tried one before. Unfortunately i don't have the space for one, but if i did, do you think one like this http://shop.gadgetvault.co.uk/ultimate-massage-chair-372-p.asp could do a similar job for those of us on a budget?
#22
The whole Star Trek experience if you want it by the looks of things...!!

I would say, a large majority of people vote cold because, in this instance, they find the deal something inappropriate. Ofcouse, the chair is not inappropriate, its AMAZING! but I think many people just look at it and think noway. Or rather they look at the price and say that!
They are voting cold because THEY cant afford one! lol Which is wrong, because its still a hot deal . I can't afford one, but i think its super hot

Great find, heat and rep added

my dad bought a top spec one like this for £4,000 big ones i fainted when i saw it, even worse nobody actually uses it LOL
#26
If I had money to burn ( judging it by the amount of stuff I buy because Of this site you would think I do ) I would have one
#27
have got good reviews on Ebuyer from those who've bought them

Ha, a s**t in a bowl would get good reviews on ebuyer!

Not sure about those arm rests ,they look like they'll clamp you in for a week

LOL

LMFAO

Although proberly not this brand, I tried one of these chairs when I attended the Ideal Home Show. I wasn't impressed. You feel the chair moving in its predetermined way - big deal. I don't know how it can be described as a massage.

Not voting hot or cold but man you'd look like a right mug sitting in that thing just like the ebuyer bloke look at him in the picture thinking **** me get this over and done with.
