Out of curiosity fella, is there anything you DO like?

Anyway, I take it this keyboard isn't wireless? I've looked everywhere for a wireless, backlit keyboard. :-(

Youd be constantly changing the batteries with a wireless backlit keyboard!

WRONG! I have this keyboard myself, and the keys are laser etched so the light shines through them, there is no "black stencil covering". Please look at this guys other posts!

If your not convinced, google this keyboard to look at reviews. Its not wireless btw

I have one if these and i say they are perfect. The guys over at overclockers (no pun intened) reccomended these key boards as been ideal top notch.

I never thought for a moment how useful they are to actual use in a dark room! ur not trying to angle the light from the monitor on the keyboard! You can see all letters clearly.

Top notch price

I have the predecessor to this keyboard and they use the same key fabrication technique. I heartily reccomend it.

I've read numerous reviews about the original Saitek Eclispe being the best Illuminating Keyboard. I prefer the look of the original which can be purchased for about 25% less.

http://image.ebuyer.com/UK/R0090167-06.jpg

It only backlights in blue which I think is the best of the selectable 3 colours that the mark II offers.

bigsofty is wrong. The keys are laser etched and do not have a stencilled covering. This applies to the posted Eclispe II and the original.

Features of the original Saitek Eclispe
