Yes at a price but not hard yourself...

Good price, however, seems the tweeters are not too hot on these?

Would these be an upgrade for a Ford Focus 57 plate? I'm hopeless with this stuff and dont want to buy a lesser quality!

Just don't try and run these off a car head unit. I cant think of any head unit that will output 50 watts RMS or above. A separate amp is needed here.

My head unit runs at 50watts rms...

Wow that's pretty impressive. What model is it? The highest I have seen is usually 50 watts per channel peak, which gives a much reduced output in terms of RMS power

6x9's, welcome back to the late 90's! Get the jigsaw it's time to cut your parcel shelf. I bet there isn't a nova left with an intact parcel shelf.

Seriously though any half decent head unit will run these, but you will need an amp to get the full potential out of them. Modern cars are even worse so expect to cut to fit.

Not bad for the price, but you'd be much better spending it on front custom fit speakers, then hacking stuff up to make these fit in your rear parcel shelf.
Let's be honest, you don't go to a concert with the sound coming from behind you!

More to the point, are there any Nova's left?:{

I have a little micra and love my music so was going to upgrade the sound system but even as it is as stock, certain parts of the car vibrates very annoyingly to certain levels of bass. I can only imagine an upgrade would be a downgrade in this respect and I have no idea what I should be doing to minimalize the vibrations, short of ripping off the door panels and anything else that a crowbar can tackle :p
