Only a few quid more for a pair (not one) of Ebuyer's own version:

Is this one worth the extra?

Okay - this is pass-through and the other one isn't - I was fooled by the picture of the ebuyer one showing reverse side.

Don't see the point in paying nearly double for the pass through personally. I have these plugged into 4 way adaptors at both ends and network speeds are fine.

Correct me if 'iam wrong but under the specifications it says
Data Transfer Rate 100 Mbps
Whilst in the description it says
Edimax 200Mbps PowerLine Single Pass-Through Adapter
So wots the actual Mbps

The 200mbps refers to the adding of bandwidth back and forth on the network.
The actual speeds are within 100mbps lan speeds.
