AMAZING! I'm gonna get the chanel allure homme sport 100ml, i've already bought 3 this year.

Also TCB is also available, I received mine very quickly after using the FLASH10 code few months back. (https://www.topcashback.co.uk/the-fragrance-shop/)

Is the Parfum worth the extra ~£11 over the EDT?

Yes one spray of parfume lasts all day as opposed to spraying a lot of edt

I was wondering what to buy next? I've had my eyes on a few, Bleu de Chanel, Allure Homme Sport & D&G The One (All EDT not EDP). Any ideas?

Have used various Chanel EDT over the years and thought they were all exceptional. Long lasting, distinctive, and very different from the competition. Chanel pour Monsieur and Allure being my favourites. My wife bought me Blue de Chanel and what a shocker. A bland, weak scent that is short lasting and for me has been consigned to the back of the cupboard never to see the light of day again I hope. I guess its whatever floats your boat but give it a try if your thinking of buying and also compare it to the th other established Chanel EDT,s.

Couldn't agree more, I'm a big Chanel Bleu fan, and I will NEVER buy from the Fragrance shop again. I did some research into this to back up some doubts....

The longevity of this from the Fragrance shop is about 1 hour tops, from elsewhere its several hours (yes same EDT).

If you think about it, no other retailer discounts Chanel stuff, so you get 20% codes all the time from the Fragrance shop, yet this scent feels watered down. Perhaps they have a deal to get cheaper less mature batches, but I wouldn't touch anything from them.

I thought this too originally. I bought allure homme sport 100ML from them, before that I always got it from debenhams. On first smell it was very weak and didn't linger much. Checked with chanel to see if they're authorized dealers and they confirmed they were.

A week into using it and the normal compliments just came flying so I'm sure the products are fine, just need breaking in as with anything.

Never tried bleu de chanel or extreme sport, anyone got recommendations?

Hmm, interesting few posts above. So, some people are suggesting it may not be authentic. Some suggesting it does not smell nice.

I am thinking now I should buy an alternative Chanel product from Amazon!

Heat added although I personally prefer the Eau de parfum version as it is longer lasting though more expensive

Is it cheaper on amazon

I cancelled my order because of negative comments on here about not lasting no more than a 1-2 hours also thought about EDP but for £12.00 more I'm still thinking about it. It does last for 4-6 hours that's what the assistant said on the phone.

What shall I do any thoughts on this.

When I looked on Amazon earlier, even the 50ml bottle was more expensive than the 100ml bottle here.

My understanding is that Eau de Parfum fragrance will and does linger longer than Eau de Toilette. That's why it is more expensive!!

how would you describe the general fragrance though? Does it compare to the allure series in anyway? Got 15 mins b4 next day delivery and really want to decide if I'd like it or not lol.

Sorry it too late! I have both edt and edp of this brand. Most people notice the edp and not when I wear the edt. This has even been 6 hours after applying!!

If you like Issey and Bleu, but are on the lookout for something a bit fresher, checkout the Dior Homme Sport and Dior Homme Cologne. I love both. Boots usually run them. There's a nice Paul Smith one too that's quite similar but I can't recall the name; think the branding had multiple coloured stripes.
