I don't know if this is their alternative Summer sim from last year but I'm hoping I've got it right because i have two in the post.

Simply pick a pack below and when your SIM arrives, register and top up in My EE and your pack will start as soon as you call, text or browse.

Why would you have to top up if the first pack is free as they are advertising it????

If that's the case it's not really free is it like they are advertising? because normally that kind of deal is advertised as buy on get one free.

The sim itself is free as the advert suggests but to use it you have to.top it up, although you do.get an extra 1GB of data once you top it up. If it was completely free you could order 12 and then have a years free mobile service!!

Take a look at the web site again, above the sim choice section in yellow they say 'First pack free' plus further down on the page they say you also get 1gb of extra data.

Is the fear of cold voting the reason you haven't contributed a single deal to the website?, I don't post just to get heat I post deals to try and help people out with possible bargains.

I've used these for temporarily holding our numbers before porting back in to Vodafone on new contracts. However, theres been a delay with one of the contracts, so I've had to top one of these up so the user can make call/etc in the meantime.

Any bright ideas about what to do with the £10 credit? As it will be lost when I new Vodafone contract arrives and I port back.
