My first deal post here so go easy on me!

Just phoned EE to cancel my Sim only contract and request my PAC code.

I was ready to jump across to 3 mobile for the £18 a month 30gb deal.

EE offered me for £20.99 on a 12-month contract

- 30gb deal with the highest speed data plan with unlimited tethering
- Free BT sport for the duration of the contract
- Free Apple Music for 6 months
- Unlimited Calls and Text messages
- Roaming included in Europe plus 10 additional countries

granted 3 Mobile is £3 cheaper per month - however, I have personally found EE to be far superior in terms of 4g signal, customer service and plus you have BT sport included which is normally £5 a month. Also, EE have more countries where you can use roaming

You will need to ring 150 and speak to the retentions team to get this deal

Enjoy!

Shame as this deal's not open to everyone unlike the 3 deal

I guess with retention deals ,it can be very hit and miss . I've just moved to ID with the recent iPhone 7 deals that were on here . they didn't even try to offer any deal. but still a good deal here for you

I went for the 30gb 3 deal and if quidco pays out the £60 cash back then happy days

This is good. I recently switched to BT mob for BT sport access (which is brilliant - I am able to watch on tablet and phone and have full BT sport access despite what BT advisor's incorrect info it was phone only and limited version of the app). I pay £16 pm and will get £100 Amazon voucher. This deal here comes a close second to mine in my book and did warrant a moment to consider which is best. Good job OP.

Good point - I considered BT mobile however to get the discounted rate, one would need to be a BT broadband customer

Very true and I have since found out I would lose the £5 pm discount if I change broadband provider!

I am on EE. yesterday I was offered 3gb 4GEE data unlimited Call and text. free London Underground WiFi for £8.49. I am mostly connected to WiFi so 3GB is enough for me. I think I will go for it. :D

Laughable, as is their customer service. Pay peanuts you get monkeys - hence the extremely low cost! I was with them for a month last year before I cancelled!

Just been past the EE shop in Colchester which was advertising this same offer. Don't know if this was for retentions only though.

Wow, good deal as currently I am on 4GE max plan and in EU is great 4G internet without any issues and I can call to any EU+10 destination from EU.

I'm in the process of leaving 3 network to join EE ... is there anyway I can get this deal... appreciate if anyone can help. Maybe recommend friends/family. Thanks

30 gb is a lot of browsing, particularly if you have access to Wi Fi.

I was also only 2 months into a 12 month sim only deal I got with retentions in March, was surprised they let me move to this.

This is good, I like my 14.50 32 deal. Still voting hot as this includes minutes

How long was the contract for? I am due an upgrade at end of this month and am tempted by this deal.

Lol - just called EE and got nowhere near prices quoted here - £250 upfront, £52 per month etc etc

I'm up for upgrade and I said I want to cancel my contract which ends 15th of June. I get a call from some other EE department which is after retention and offered me this deal. I'm still thinking if I should go for this S8 plus 24 months contract or the 12 months sim only deal.

I also got this exact same deal 2 days ago by calling up and asking for a PAC code, saying I was going to switch to three. I didn't mention the deal but the lady decided to go speak to her manager for 10 min, putting me on hold, and eventually came back with the offer

has anyone managed to get this deal recently? My 12 month contract is due to expire in a couple of months so I wasnt able to speak to the retentions team - I did speak to someone from customer services and mentioned this deal but said she was unable to offer it to me. Any ideas?

Did she match 3? It's still poor considering 3 is available to anyone! Mine up now with EE this deal should be around £15 for retention!

Is it possible to speak to the retentions team even if your contract is not at its end? (My upgrade is due in October - this will be an additional line). Thanks
