I have one of these, they are great. Was a bit sceptical at first but they do work really well.

Great aren't they? I quite fancy a boiled egg now... I like mine soft-boiled (not too runny), few soldiers on the side.
#7

#8

Wow...way to show your class with sweeping generalisations. You're obviously a much better breed of human being than all those pensioners on a budget.

.....Happy New Year to all by the way ....Hope it's a good one for all.
Seriously trawling around with all the Rubbish people!!! .........My young lad works part time weekends while hes finishing six form in Poundland and he has to work for his money........and at 17 years old he's met some of the nicest kindest people to him, and yes its opened his eyes to the world a bit ....but to say all the people are Rubbish that go in there ...Maybe you should go look in the mirror before you go out next time.
You never know its maybe other people that look at you as being a Rubbish person.

Same one in Poundland as discussed. Therefore cold for me!
#19
I hate wasting money, got myself one!! :p
#20
But gone up 3 pence!!
#21
Do people not have timers on their mobiles or watches. What a total waste of £2.13. Maybe you could make a New Years resolution and donate some of the money you spend on needless gadgets. Voted cold
#22
cold for me fella since there in poundland
#23
£1.79 on eBay if you want to save 34p which is a 16% discount.

I'd like to get one from the Poundshop but it's always hit and miss whether the local store has any of the deals from this site and it turns out to pretty much always be miss.
#24
Definitely in Poundland - seen them yesterday and bought mine there months ago. Cold from me - no understanding why this is 100+ hot?!
#25

These are available in Poundland for awhile now (Winchester one at least!)
#29
Maybe it's just me but I was given one of these a while ago and it is useless, tried to do soft bolied eggs and decided to time it as well, after ten minutes still hadn't turned into the soft stage of the thing, eggs were fully hard boiled by that point!
#30
Cold, as got one from poundland
#31

Can confirm in poundland. Wouldn't make a special trip to buy one, but they always have stock of these so just pick one up when passing.

You're missing the point, I don't know about the other folks here but it costs me at least £5 fuel to get to nearest Poundland, then there's the parking and walking to it. £1.13 extra seems cheap compared to all that.

No need to spend even a £1 let alone an extortionate £2.13, if you can be bothered to set an alarm. It's a good deal we do not have to walk 5 miles to get our water as some of us would die of dehydration!!
#37
Hondo...well said, some of the ponces who shop in Harrods are also some of the most self indulgent meanies you could meet.
