£1 cheaper than Game, currently the cheapest available anywhere.

Oblivion GotY includes the original version of the award-winning RPG Oblivion along with the official expansion, The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles, and the downloadable content, Knights of the Nine.

This edition will allow players who have never played the 2006 Game of the Year to experience Oblivion for the first time with additional content. In addition, gamers can continue their existing games of Oblivion and experience the new quests and areas offered by the expansion and downloadable content.

Released in March 2006 Oblivion has already earned countless awards from publications around the world and won numerous Game of the Year and RPG of the Year awards.

Framerate issues are a bit worse, noticeably more loading. Still a very enjoyable, if not better game than Fallout IMO.

I'm hesitant about buying this (doesn't mean I won't vote hot though!). I already have Oblivion and completed the game entirely except I don't have the DLC - with the age of the game now it's cheaper to buy this version than to get the DLC from Xbox Live. I'm not sure if I can get back into it again now with the recently released expansion for Dragon Age and both Mass Effects to still get through! Fabulous purchase for those who missed this game when it first came out however.

i really wouldnt bother the DLC so far for me has been very disapointing, glitches in it like some of the people you speak to have ' this person has no greeting' when you speak to them!!

im like you i completed it 1000 points but now really cannot be botherd to do shivering isles disc

Just posted on that - I went to GAME and it scanned as full price. I suspect they mis-scanned yours through as pre-owned (which is at 7.98).

The DLC is 2400 points - definitely more expensive than buying the GOTY edition, and that's just the Shivering Isles DLC - not the Knights of the Nine.

Trade in your old copy at GAME - even if you only get a couple of quid, it probably means you get this for about a tenner or less.

Thanks for the advice mike 2T2T and jads. Just seen GAME have the PC version for £13.99, I'll have to think about it a bit more, great price for sure but I have a backlog of titles to clear and Alan Wake should finally be released this year :-D
