Is it just me or does is this Steam sale feel a bit like Christmas (in that it's full of anticipation but my bank balance is dreading every moment of it).
I finished Max Payne 3 a while ago and the only really memorable moments were the hangar and the favela.
Mate, are you actually typing these words?

"Them games" certainly are good (albeit I feel short), but I think the point UKJoel was making was that he's just purchased a bunch of games so, I suspect, doesn't have the time/inclination/money to spend and pick up Skyrim's (pun intended) mammoth adventure.
Regarding the deal itself Skyrim (certainly the PC version) has retained it's price well in digital and retail forms (I imagine due to the thriving mod scene for it).

Please site your source. I'm keen to understand the data you've collection via metacritic etc to back this up. "Rockstar make better games" vs., say, Bethesda or even Valve themselves?

comes up cheaper than £40 later in the sale.
Anyone know if the collection was any cheaper in previous Steam sales?

To be honest, that is one hell of a mammoth collection. Unless you really want a few of the other games in it then I'd say just go for this. I doubt that anybody could fully get through that collection unless they played absolutely nothing else for about the next 18 months minimum.

Looking around the net, the Bethesda collection was 50% off in the Autumn sale, but this is 68% (but unsure what it included at the time).
