Can you link a recommended battery off there too please, and recharger if I need one.

Currently using the now defunct aspire e30w mod which has multiple problems and is on the verge of bindom.

Currently using the now defunct aspire e30w mod which has multiple problems and is on the verge of bindom.

Torchy gets my vote too. I use these with all my mods including the Pico...

EDIT: Link only seems to work if you cut and paste it...otherwise it's telling me listing has been removed for some reason!

You can charge the battery inside the unit.
If you really want a separate charger I would recommend the Nitecore

I'm very surprised this isn't getting hotter than it is. I wonder if it's getting silent cold votes from the anti vaping brigade. Either way for anyone in need of a new or spare box mod I can't recommend this enough...even for beginners as you can ignore all the fancy features, set the wattage to one you like and vape away. It feels very good quality, pretty tiny and has setting lock so ideal for your pocket. As mods go I cannot fault it!

I havent looked into this mod at all but will now I have ordered one I use the kanger nebox daily which replaced the kanger subox mini and this is going to replace an original kanger mod that I have to remove the battery to charge this does look small and upto 75 watts is good so looking forward to trying this out

Awesome little mod. I have it in silver.

Nice price.

Another +1 for torchy and his batteries.

Hi! I'm quite keen to get into vaping so have gone for the full kit which was recommended - Dovpo Forever 40 - which seems to get good reviews. Have never ordered from GearBest but I assume they're good. As I'm brand new to vaping can anyone give me any advice, pointers or suggest anything else I should get (and if so where I should get it from!)?

It's a 510 connector so most tanks will fit. I don't like big clouds and huge airflow so despite trying a lot of the popular tanks, I still use my Kanger Protanks 95% of the time. However if you want a new tank then get the kit...

Fasttech is usually the cheapest place to get anything...delivery not the quickest but they have a huge range and usually cheaper than anywhere...although not in the case of this deal!

The best advice I would give to new vapers (asides from the kit as you have that) is be careful where you buy batteries for safety reasons and keep trying until you find a juice you like. Everyone has different opinions...one mans fave juice can be another mans idea of revolting. As you may expect, the higher priced juice tends to taste a lot better. You will probably have to do a fair bit of trial and error but stick with it and hopefully like a lot of us you will have no interest in smoking a real ciggie ever again.

That's great! Thanks everso much for the advice guys.
#22
thanks for the info guys

If you are new to vaping I would advise reading up on battery safety. These 18650 store a fair amount of energy which can be released quickly if not handled correctly.
#24
Ooh that's very tempting!
#25
OK, to a basic vaper (I have 2100mah batteries and ego type liquid holders < that's my official title) please explain modding, and what are the advantages?

Think I might replace my Vamo for one of these.. Cheers OP!

I know nothing of this brand, I have an innokin coolfire IV

How does this compare quality & capacity wise?

The unit looks very small from the pics to take an 18650 battery, us this correct?
#28
Does it come with the atomizer ?
#29
No atomiser on this deal but it is cheap as chips... Hot!

Quick review here, seems good.

Worth a punt for under £17 delivered, thanks op.

It does indeed take an 18650...the smallest mod I've ever seen to fit one. In fact the box itself is ever so slightly shorter than an 18650....the last bit is covered by that cap you see on the top that looks like a big button.

The quality is excellent...eleaf are a well respected ecig brand. Despite the great price it's not just some cheap rubbish. UK website here...

Q for anyone that owns one, will it take x2 16350 batteries?
#34
They will not ship this to the uk now, because of the regulations on vaping, they are no longer allow to sell eleaf products to the UK

Presuming you mean the TPD then that has nothing to do with it.

It's Totally Wicked and the distribution agreement that GB has to abide by.

I've seen a forum post on UKvapers mentioning you can still buy from everbuying.net but i dont know if that is a sister company or afiliate or whatever.

I get my liquid from http://tmbnotes.co/index.php?route=common/home I have bought cheap liquid from quite a few places and much more expensive liquid the expensive stuff I find has more flavour sometimes but too much flavour to me gets annoying if possible I prefer to make my own coils with an rba coil so I don't need to buy coils and throw them away makes vaping much cheaper if you get into it a second vapor to keep in the car or at work is always good incase you forget this one

Anyone have a link to a decent guide for beginners who don't know what a 'box mod' is? As a smoker, I'm interested in these, but it just reminds me of the time before I could build my own PC and the confusion that was involved around it haha

Decent ecigs basically have two main parts. The tank (that holds the heating coil and juice) and the other part that in it's most basic form is just a battery with an on and off switch. More advanced ones have various ways to control wattage/voltage/temperature etc. Box mod is just a term for any one of these that is box shaped as opposed to the tubular shaped ones that came before them. I can assure you that this particular mod is just as suitable for beginners as it is for people who have been vaping for years that require more control over things. You just need this, a tank and some juice and you're set to go.

First you got mechanical mods which were glorified metal tubes to hold the battery: http://thebestvaporizer.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/nemesis_shined_001.jpg
Stick the atomiser on top, press the button, the coil heats up and the juice is made into vapour.
A box mod is a box that holds 1 or 2 batteries, they have a circuit board installed for battery safety, latterly they have chips and little screens where you can read the resistance of the coil (handy if you make your own coils), change the power being supplied to the coil etc.
