Hmmm...need a new set of scales....as my current set has about a 5lb difference to the Wii Fit board....dunno which is most acccurate

I realise scales give different readings at different places you weigh them, have you try weighing at several locations? I get different readings from kitchen, bathroom and living room!
#3
I find I am lightest if I weight myself on a large pile of duvets.

Bought a set off very similar ones at aldi the other week, went thru three sets before getting my money back, as has been pointed out give a different reading every time you use them !!! anyone else had this problem with digital scales ??
#5
does it say "one at a time please" or is it just mine lol

I got one and this does give different reading, depending where you use it but it was consistant each location. Also I feel it gives more accurate reading if you use it on hard surface and keep steady when using it (slight move, while it is trying to get to the right weight, and you might have a wrong reading by couple of 100 gms.)
#7
Scales give the best reading on a hard surface, and you should try not to move when weighing to give an accurate reading.
#8
As it uses a strain gauge, it MUST be on a hard flat surface such as laminate wood, marble or tiles.
