Looks good until you see delivery is £7.50 unless you spend over £75. That's a lot of chicken breasts! I know you need the protein for you muskles though!!!:p

you serious ? i agree when things are full price - but this chicken is lovely and i can't get chicken breasts this cheap anywhere near me unless they are frozen and tasteless - you must be lucky where you are :|

Netto do a good deal on chicken breast fillets all the time. £5 for a 1kg pack. ;)

You can't really compare cheap frozen chicken breasts to proper chicken breasts in terms of taste. But I agree, £7.50 delivery is a bit OTT.

http://www.tarelgin.com is also good :)

brilliant price. 3 for £10 is excellent, specially so when you see the size of the breasts in the packs.
#10
elmwood chicken is about the nicest i've had from a super market.

Picked some up last week. Great price. And happy chickens too!!!

Definately, but we go here over Tesco because when they reduce things just before end by date, the prices are amazing, we stock our tiny freezer up with loads of bread haha warburtons for 20p a loaf, ham that was £5 for 30p, big bars of galaxy for 45p lol it is fantastic

is £3.75 half price?

Yep, pretty standard for decent quality chicken breasts nowadays. Seems that most people are too lazy / incapable of using a whole chicken.

The above website looks really good. Not sure about the pic of raw chicken breasts next to the cherry tomatoes though!

think tesco are doing the frozen stuff for £2.99 at the mo - its not that tasty - but propably ok for the cats. You get about 4 breast pieces - they do cheaper bits if they aren't breast too - not sure about the other supermarkets.

Haha just picked up 2 packs of this from my local as it was half price again on top as use by date is tomorrow :D
Not directly related to this, but in co-op bogof offers also apply to reduced goods! They had a load of bacon reduced to 50p a pack, so got 6 packs but as it was bogof went to 25p a pack! Assume it applies to all goods.

For pure none water added chicken yes. Check most frozen chicken and you'll find its got protein levels of around 19g per 100g. Decent chicken is around 32g. Miles more.

Lol decent chicken never had 32/100g protein. You better count with 25g, and you're very lucky with that number! We have a local chinese supermarket, they sell chicken 5kg for £17, fresh, not frosen. Might be made of cats, but I can't get it cheaper anywhere!

21.8g.
You better count with less than more. 8 years of body building thought it to me...
