OMG another one?

Already benefited from this so let me tell you - if this is genuine then it is an absolutely stonking deal. You get a machine perfectly capable of running basic apps and ideal for use with most low intensity applications. Bravo!8)

This deal may not go down too well with the people who bought the same machine posted on here for £179 today?!

That had Windows 7 and a wireless keyboard and mouse, so a slight difference ;)

Hot price!
Ordered one last time it was on at £99 but cancelled the next day as I realised I didn't actually need one.... (_;)

Have a slightly faster laptop with a broken screen that I got from fleebay for £62 with Win7 installed that does the same job via it's hdmi port.

Im thinking of replacing a myth tv frontend with this machine.

No but makes great coffee...lol
#27
whats it like compared to a revo with ION2? price aside
#28
Cant see it being any good for media centre though as it would probably blow a gasket before it played an mkv!
#29
Hmm tempting at this price, is it likely to sell out quite quickly?
#30
Gonna get hot!
#31
The Atom+ION2 platform is better for media/gaming, but the the Neo K125 platform is much better for servers etc

This looks really good I'd like it but after reading reviews on ebuyer I think you have to be a bit of a techie to get the best out of it.

and your experiance with this is?? I bet none! It would play 1080p just fine as long as you know how to install Ubuntu and XBMC or XMBC Live or or XBMCbuntu( http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=XBMCbuntu )!

iplayer works so skyplayer should be fine. it plays 720p mkvs and 1080p stuttered but this could have been down to driver issues. 1080p mkvs work fine with xbmc on ubuntu

Seeing as you know nothing about the unit, why even bother guessing?

For Windows users -
Install the K-Lite codec pack which includes media player classic.
At the end of th K-Lite installation, select to playback videos with DXVA support.

Plays 1080p MKV's in MPC perfectly (sorry VLC users, VLC still doesn't like DXVA much).
