Next cheapest I can find is £22.99

Empire: Total War? is set in the 18th century a turbulent era that is the most requested by Total War?s? loyal fan base and a period alive with global conflict, revolutionary fervour and technological advances. With themes such as the Industrial Revolution, America?s struggle for independence, the race to control Eastern trade routes and the globalisation of war on land and sea, Empire: Total War? promises to be amongst the richest and most dynamic PC RTS games of all time.

A fair price.

Possible Quidco of 4.37% as well!

Don't know why expired, still available.

However it did drop to £9.99 earlier this week but now back up to £14.95.

Still cheapest around even at this price, got mine ordered on Monday and delivered by Wednesday

Heard mixed reviews about this. I have all total war releases upto now apart from this one but it seems to me the more complicated they make them the worse they get.

Same here, held off on this one but at £9.95 I had to take the plunge, now back upto to £15 but still good value.
Not got round to installing it yet but been told its now alot more stable than when first released, I still think Rome will remain my favorite TW game, it seems that since Sega took over things have gone downhill a bit.

Have a agreed. Played the Empire demo, and it's all got a bit too complex for me. Rome rules - the units are easy to get used to. I'd love to see a Rome II: with Empire-style graphics
