Fat32 so no serving files bigger than 4gb which today makes this useless.

How does that make this useless ??

This will not support high def (apart fromDIVX HD, which isn't exactly the most popular format) so, standard def is not likely to be over 4GB.

The area this beats most (if not all) media players at this price is the Network streaming support.
We use ours in the bedroom where we have no need for HD material and it streams from the PC perfectly. It's played back every file we have tried so far.

So if you don't need HD support, and want network streaming it's a great piece of kit for the price.

The Emprex support forum is here:
http://emprex.codejs.com

It's worth downloading the latest firmware for it.

No need for HD material in the bedroom?
