I couldn't see this posted already but apologise if it is.

I was in my local store earlier and they had packs of the pink breast cancer branded batteries on sale, 3 packs for £3 instead of £2.88 per pack.

Voting cold purely on the basis of these not being rechargable and are uneconomicable and don't have the best environmental affect

Voting hot as I always need a few alkalines and IMHO this is a good deal.

Now, before everyone flames me, I am still a big fan of Enerloops (hybrids) I have about 20 of them in the house. I also have lots of NiMH's however I still like to "fit and forget" in some low power devices you know like clocks, IR remotes, kids toys that just bleep (not power hungry ones). Just my 2p I like to use both.

The usual ones are 2 for £3.00 but the charity 'Tickled Pink' ones are 3 for £3, my local has them not in the usual battery aisle but outside the Pharmacy :?

My local in South Woodham Ferrers also had these three for £3. Again not priced but went through at that price.
