If you follow the link and read the descriptions, it looks as though the charger+batteries is actually 19.99, and the batteries alone are 9.99. It seems that they've duplicated the image in error... perhaps... I might be wrong

try this one i have one and its really quick at charging and the batteries are great for digital cameras as they last ages and you can carry them around in the case that comes with it

There are also 4AA Max cell batteries on e-bay (3200mAh) for £7 (new) - sounds good, but just not sure about the brand.

Ignoring the price, Is this better quality or the duracell charger http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&langId=-1&catalogId=10001&productId=563254 is better?

In the argos catalogue, it shows the energizer has a sensor and timer while the duracel only has a timer, is that correct? Please give me some feed back.
