Got one of these and the only problem I have is that sometimes it refuses to charge because the battery is faulty

It does it randomly enough for me to try again after 5 mins, but its an annoyance more then anything else

Bonus is that it WILL charge single batteries so need to pair them up

So it can charge them 1 at a time or not? I'm not sure by your comment?

It can charge one at a time, I guess (s)he meant to say "no need".

Got one when they were £3, reduced from £12, and they were a steal at that. Grab them for £1.50 if you can.

Cheap xbox play and charge, keep batteries ready for PC wireless mice etc...

I also got one when they were £3 a while back and have the same problem - batteries it shows as faulty charge fine in another charger.

Never bothered to return it as faulty, guess I should really.
