Hello i cant see where to claim vouchers or cashback...how do you claim please

Just fill in the form that starts with ur post code
This takes you to a page with current supplier plan u already on and usage in money or KW
continue and it shows u al the plans available hopefully they be cheaper than ur current
Most have £40 cash back but not all the vouchers but it's up to you to choose
Scotish Power has both

Thank you for using energyhelpline.com to switch your Gas & Electricity to ScottishPower. The tariff you applied for currently offers £40 of Love2Shop vouchers per fuel and £20 cashback per fuel on all applications processed through us. The couchers can be redeemed at a number of high street stores.

In order to pay your cashback we require confirmation from ScottishPower that your switch has gone live. This is something that we get as part of our accounts process.

Your cashback will typically be paid within 60-120 days of your switch going live with the new supplier. In exceptional circumstances, sometimes cashbacks take a little longer to pay due to issues getting reporting back from suppliers.

It will either be credited to your bank account (if you gave us your bank details at the time of this application), or a cheque will be sent to your correspondence address.

Full terms and conditions of the voucher offer are listed below. A gift card will be sent to you in the post from Love2Shop on behalf of us approximately 6 weeks after your switch goes live with ScottishPower, but again in exceptional circumstances it might take a little longer for you to receive this.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

1.0 The promotion consists of qualifying domestic gas and/or electricity supply customers of ScottishPower receiving up to £80 of Love2Shop vouchers (that amount consists of £40 for a gas supply and £40 for an electricity supply).

2.0 The promotion will run, subject to paragraph 5 below, for the period from 12th April 2014 until 31st July 2014 inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The promoter is ScottishPower Energy Retail Limited (“ScottishPower”), which has its registered office at 1 Atlantic Quay, Glasgow G2 8SP.

3.0 The promotion is available to qualifying domestic supply customers of ScottishPower. To qualify for the vouchers, the customer must be either:- (1) an existing customer of ScottishPower and has applied for the vouchers during the Promotion Period; or (2) a new domestic customer who has applied both for one of our gas and/or electricity domestic supply products and also for the vouchers during the Promotion Period, and has subsequently come on supply with ScottishPower.

4.0 ScottishPower reserves the right to: (i) verify the qualification of each domestic customer of ScottishPower for the vouchers; and (ii) to reject any applications for vouchers that appear to be materially incorrect or fraudulent.

5.0 ScottishPower reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and to withdraw the promotion at any time during the Promotion Period, and in each case, without prior notice. The Promotion Period will end at the time the promotion is withdrawn under this paragraph 5.

6.1 For qualifying existing ScottishPower domestic gas and/or electricity supply customers the vouchers will sent to the customer at their billing address approximately 6 weeks from the date the application for the vouchers from the customer is received by ScottishPower, which date must be within the Promotion Period.

6.2 For qualifying new ScottishPower domestic gas and/or electricity supply customers the vouchers will sent to the customer at their billing address approximately 6 weeks from the date the customer comes on supply with ScottishPower for domestic gas and/or electricity.

6.3 ScottishPower accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate postal address information provided by the applicant, which results in the vouchers not being delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7.1 For each qualifying existing ScottishPower domestic gas and/or electricity supply customer, a maximum of one set of vouchers will be provided in the period of one year from the end of the Promotion Period.

7.2 For each qualifying new ScottishPower domestic customer coming on supply with ScottishPower for domestic gas and/or electricity supply, a maximum of one set of vouchers will be provided in the period of one year from the end of the Promotion Period.

8. The vouchers are subject to the terms & conditions of the provider of the vouchers.

9. The vouchers will not be replaced in the event that they are lost, damaged destroyed or stolen.

every time we have swapped energy companies it's been a nightmare!

just remember to look at the TCs for your current provider. if you had a long fixed rate you may be in a contract with an average £20-30 "leaving penalty" per fuel.

Scottish Power? Stay as far away from this company as possible. I'm still waiting for my £430 balance back 8 months after moving from them. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
