I seen Enslaved: Odyssey To The West with a red sticker in the bargains section of the gaming shelf for £7 along with Home Front & others like Ratchet & Clank: Quest For Booty (£10).

Cheapest elsewhere is Amazon for £10.73 inc P&P (Marketplace) or £11.42 from Amazon themselves.

In Enslaved you take on the role of Monkey a strong, brutish loner who has been captured on a mysterious slave ship 150 years into the future. War and destruction have left the world in ruins and you are one of only a few humans left. On the slave ship you encounter Trip - a beautiful, tech-savvy young woman who is also at the mercy of her captors.

Trip is anxious to escape so she can make her way back home, but she knows she can't do it alone. She has the brains, but not the brawn - you, as Monkey are her ticket to freedom. You soon become Enslaved by Trip - bonded together by a slave headband. If you stray, you will be paralyzed by excruciating pain. If you stay, your fate is in her hands. In both cases, your freedom is no longer your own...

Thanks.

One of the most underrated games ever, if you don't buy it at this price you're an ass.

An absolutely stunning game, this. Quite short, and no real replay value, but when you have this much fun with a game, what does that matter? At £7, it's a steal.

Born from an egg on a mountain top
The punkiest monkey that ever popped
He knew every magic trick under the sun
To tease the Gods
And everyone and have some fun

Monkey magic, Monkey magic
Monkey magic, Monkey magic
Monkey magic, Monkey magic
Monkey magic, Monkey magic

What a cocky saucy monkey this one is
All the Gods were angered
And they punished him
Until he was saved by a kindly priest
And that was the start
Of their pilgrimage west

Monkey magic, Monkey magic
Monkey magic, Monkey magic
Monkey magic, Monkey magic
Monkey magic, Monkey magic

With a little bit of monkey magic
There’ll be fireworks tonight
With a little bit of monkey magic
Every thing will be all right

Born from an egg on a mountain top
The punkiest monkey that ever popped
He knew every magic trick under the sun
To tease the Gods
And everyone and have some fun

Monkey magic, Monkey magic
Monkey magic, Monkey magic
Monkey magic, Monkey magic
Monkey magic, Monkey magic

I'm not buying it - your obnoxiousness has ruined it for me already.

It's been this price since Christmas in my local (the deal was posted on HUKD around Christmas time) . A great price.

I found this game rather boring and tedious to be honest... Similar to Prince of Persia (not sands of time) which was equally dull. If you're interested in the game, this is a good price, but perhaps try a demo first - I was disappointed.

not a very long game but some great gaming moments full of energy and drama, LOVE IT! ( gonna have to take it off the shelf again and play it again over the weekend)

Superb game, criminally underrated. Doesn't quite have the polish of the big games like Uncharted but the gameplay is good, storyline and characters are excellent and the soundtrack is great.

Very very good game, definitely worth it for this price.

Great game with the story written by the Alex Garland, who wrote The Beach. The storyline is great, action is satisfying and both Monkey and Trip characters along with Pigsy are great! Was sad to see it end all to soon, but one of my favourite (and the first) game that I have completed on the Xbox.

I doubt it.
It is one of those high quality games that failed, then gained a cult following.
Beyond Good and Evil is good, but it failed for a reason.

This game is amazing and such a shame there was no sequel. It's perfect for people who care more about storylines/ cutscenes and emotional engagement than gameplay. Although the gameplay is by no means poor, it isn't all that challenging.

However I bought this a couple of years ago for £9.99 from Game pre owned so i'm sure you could pick it up pre owned for less than this on ebay. And let's be honest, why would you buy a game this old brand new?

Wish everyone would stop saying underrated, when everyone I know thinks it's a great game hence, highly rated?

So it doesn't smell of stale pies?

Deep? No, the story was fine - But it's a game so I expect some decent game-play.

Because it's £7?

Or you could buy it pre-owned for £9.99 if you want... http://www.game.co.uk/en/enslaved-odyssey-to-the-west-44508

Or go on Ebay & buy the cheapest "Buy It Now" for £8.00 ... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/enslaved-odyssey-to-the-west-for-ps3-FREE-1ST-CLASS-POST-/251111675582?pt=UK_PC_Video_Games_Video_Games_JS&hash=item3a776c16be#ht_500wt_1414

Totally up to you but personally I'd rather just buy it brand new for £7 and have a scratch free disc and a manual that hasn't been ripped or eaten.

It didn't sell very well just like Heavenly Sword. Neither will get sequels or any resolution! :(

Because it's £8? That and I'd rather buy new when it's a game I know I'll like, rather than just putting more money into the hands of a shop just for reselling it.
