Not bad but you'd have been MUCH better off getting an Epson 1900.... Got mine used for £180... SIGNIFICANTLY better printer..... They can be got used for about £200 on average and £350 new....

BUT if your after a budget A3 printer then atleast you've chosen Epson, Canon and HP variants are AWFUL

Oh I've had this, the 1800 and 1900 by the way, running my 1900 on much cheaper and better Lyson Inks which costs £89 a litre..... (about 10 times cheaper than Epson)

Yea I was looking at the 1900 and saw this at over 100 cheaper than anywhere else, Mainly wanted it to upgrade my R300 & to be able todo the odd A3 print! Its listed as £269.99 instore

To ba fair the 1400 is a good printer (especially at this price) but if you want to do great quality black and white prints then the 1900 is really the only option, printing greyscale with 1 black really doesn't work....

Then again the R300 was a legend of a printer (and the R200/R220) so if your wanting similar print quality then this is a step up....

Voted HOT by the way, actually tempted to buy one at this price and use just for colour..... (I'm an amateur photographer)

im the same, but couldn't justify doubling the price on the 1900 at the moment as I normally send off for my Prints...
