How much are the inks ?
Depends where you buy them from and whether you use original or compatibles.

I use these. (Jet tec).

Always found this lot to be very good, only one dud cartridge of their own brand cart in 3-4 years using them and very quick, free delivery. Under £3 per cart or £11 for a set

None at my local store too. Online is £47.00. (+ £4.95 delivery),default,pd.html
I bought my kids the sx200 - same but no lcd - for xmas and also bought 5 sets of inks from ebay for under a tenner!

Depends what you want it for - my kids get to print whatever they want from net for next to nothing.

Why would you pay more than the cost of the printer for the inks?

I realise someone will probably flame me ans say the inks will ruin the print head or whatever yet the way i see it is at £40 for new printer or £40 for new inks I will buy the printer every time.
