Maybe because the e-jit couldn't get the WI-FI sorted ??
Not bad printer, absolute nightmare to install using windows 7.
Was gonna get px710w ......but then seen this at half the price - any recommendations ???
The one thing I don't like about most Epson printers is the rear paper loading.
My printer is underneath a unit and it would be a small pain to pull the printer out every time it needs loading.

I've been looking at the HP Deskjet F4580 All-in-One Wireless Printer @ 39.99.
Maybe doesn't have the advance features as this item, but I only use it for printing text, copying and scanning.

I'm also thinking about getting the 710, and as far as I can gather, the px710w uses claria dye based inks, which are supposed to give better results for photo printing, and this uses durabrite pigment based inks, which have superior moisture, smudge and fade resistance and are better suited for document printing. Also the scanner on the 710 is a higher resolution, and the 710 can print on CDs - not sure if this one does or not.

As my primary use would be photo printing, I'll probably pay the extra for a 710.
