I've been looking for a while for a gaming laptop. One of my German friends suggested this, apparently they are a big company over there? What do you think?

For this price I'd expect a 10xx series graphics card, they're a large improvement over the previous generation.

These are Aldi's finest. Good machine, but you can get an inspiron gaming for this much.

I posted a PCspeciallist model which costs less than this and a 1050Ti card and 7700 i7 processor.

Plenty of gaming laptops go hot, just alot of people post not knowing the market when they see money off deals, it is what it is.

Did I mention this one? In general, virtually all laptops go cold - it's a fact and it's the same with desktops which bring out the 'build your own' brigade.

Considering you can get a gtx1060 laptop for this price, you can understand why it went cold. But I also agree with you, generally gaming laptops deals tend to go cold unless it's cheap (<£1000)

Thew 970m performs slightly better than the 1050ti mobile version.
