Got some of this in the fridge at the moment. Don't know why it's a strength 6. I'd say it's more of a 3. I put out some cheese and crackers when I first got it. The Mrs took one bite and asked what was up with it. Basically, not a fan. She looked at the pack and saw it was low(er) fat. Tastes like a low-fat substitute. It's okay but I wouldn't buy it again. Rather have the Aldi sharp cheddar which is well under £5/kg.
