9 kg - 36 kg (9mths - 11yrs approx) Also really good reviews

The Kiddicare.com brand offers affordable, yet stylish products that would fit nicely in the home. Our range consists of cot-beds, starter beds, changers, pushchairs, travel-cots, to name a few, and is continuing to grow!

The Traffic SP is a group 1-2-3 high backed booster with added side impact protection and comes complete with an integral harness, suitable for children from 9 kg to 36 kg (9 months - 11 years approx).

It is lightweight, robust and very easy to transfer between vehicles. Simply remove the harness when your child is approx 3 yrs of age, this then leaves a substantial booster seat with arm rests and back support.

When your child is older remove the back to leave just the booster seat. The car seat easily fastens into the car with the vehicles 3 point harness.

If it's not isofix then it's not safe, ergo not a hot deal!

we bought this from argos for our son whos outgrown his first car seat,we got it home, took it out of the packaging and took it straight back, there is literally no padding on the seat atall, its just a plastic seat with a fabric cover, how they can sell this is beyond me,we payed an extra £20 for a mamas and papas one and its miles better!

Not a very comfortable seat. They always seem to be around this price as well - I bought mine cheaper - so I don't think it's a "hot" deal. I have only used it on a few occasions when we've hired a car (you cannot be sure they will have isofix points) as I don't own a car.

As for the "not Isofix = not safe" comment, I disagree. If you fit a seat like this properly, it is very secure - but there are several ways that it can seem to be locked in that are not entirely safe.

I also take Kiddicare reviews with more than a pinch of salt. A negative review I wrote (not on this product) never made it on to their site. No wonder almost every product gets 3.5 - 5 stars.

definitely worth spending a little bit more money for a better padded seat. I agree with above comment about literally no padding in this one,.
