Er, it isn't.
It's an island.
It has a different legal structure as it is not based on Napleonic Law, but on Common Law.
Shall I continue?......

It is - and presuming the rest of your rantings are to 'substantiate' your error....

Taking both definitions of European, the UK is both geographically and politically part of Europe.

Are you claiming Malta and Cyprus as other island states are not in part of both geographical Europe and the EU? Or is this a prohibition on all islands, so Majorca and Ibiza would suddenly be expelled too?

Just imaging some poor Irishman in Dublin wandering down to pick up his Sunday paper to be told - "sorry mate - we don't take euros now - someone in HUKD decided this week - you need to go to Europe to spend them."

Differing legal systems are a political feature, and not geographical other than by coincidence or association..

The Greeks dont use a "Napoleonic" legal system - is that them out now too? But at least their neighbour Bulgaria with its Soviet based system can have some company as it leaves.

Additionally - Louisiana in the US uses a French based legal system - so are they now in Europe as their system differs to the rest of the US?

Scotland uses a pluralistic legal system, combining the common law and civil law traditions, so does that make them part in and part out?

So by all means go on - its always interesting to see someone being stupid when trying to be patronising.

Perhaps you should complain to wikipedia on both geographical and political grounds....

And it seems our very own encyclopaedia has got it wrong too...

http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/195686/Europe

Perhaps you better tell them too.

Morocco was declined admission to the EU as............

"Geographically it has no part in the continent of Europe" - did they make an exemption for the UK?

Tell us more why we are not in Europe either politically or geographically!!!!!!!!! :whistling: :-D :whistling:

Its snowing outside and I cannot be bothered having a snowball fight as I clear the car to go to the shops - so why don't I stay here and have a warmer 'fight' with you?

Joking aside - i think you may confusing Shengen states and European.

Returning to the theme - are there online vouchers that can be used with this offer too?

Also - is there such a thing as the Sun on Sunday that would have vouchers too?

Lastly - would it be viable to get 4 lots of tickets that would work to get two full weeks in total and use it to tour four areas in mainland Europe?
