There were seats available when I checked. It looks like Eurostar will pick the trains for you, so it's not for those fussy about the time they want to travel.

Travel between 28 Nov and 15 Jan :)

If this Facebook app books direct with Eurostar you could combine it with the Amex £20 off £60 spend.

Great deal thanks!

When I tried to book tickets and check the exact departure time, it said "Although we can’t reveal which train you’ll be on just yet, here are the earliest and latest trains in each time slot." Does anyone know why it says this?
Is it like some theatre ticket sellers that buy blocks of tickets and allocate them right before the show?

That's why the tickets are so cheap. You're allowing them to allocate a day before when they know where the demand is.
When I did it, I expected to get antisocial times but got great ones to my surprise.

Why would I want a facebook account? Does it make you a "fun person" having 1? How many imaginary friends you got on there? Manage to meet and have a good laugh with my friends in person in a pub or somewhere out, don't think they would be interested in my status updates. My children have accounts and use it quite a bit but they are CHILDREN not middle aged as I am.8)

Well , i'm 49 so probably older than you & love my Facebook account. You can do much more with it than just post updates. I do voluntary work through the Animal Rehoming Network because of Facebook. Each to their own.

Dang, don't have facebook - Any way to access the offer page without fb?

Wish I was that young !!! nearer 60 than 50. As you say though each to their own. I just hate it when deals are dependant on you having a facebook account so you can like them.

Perhaps most of the friends you made through all the years stayed local. Or you lost touch or hardly ever meet the ones who didn't. Travel is cheaper the last 10 years. It's great for keeping in touch with real friends not living local in my experience.
