Just bought one of these from my local store for a few quid more - it's ace! If you need a budget PSU don't buy the £20 no name one, get this, 2x PCIe connectors too, perfect for a budget single card gaming machine.

Like you say, spend a little more and buy a decent PSU generic ones are usually not yp ro much but a brand name won't always mean its a great unit. The OEM is more important. You can get a trustworthy list of recommended units in the Power supplies section over on the overclock.net forum.

Yeah, I've had a couple of sub £20 PSUs that have packed up within a week. Never had a problem with a branded one.
