I got the 3 issues of Custom PC magazine for a £1 plus a free coffee mug (Dennis Publishing), all you need to do is e-mail the subscriptions department saying you do not wish to renew once the the 3 issues deal expires, with your billing address and customer number (all included in the e-mail they send you when you take out the subscription). They will also give you a login password for http://www.subsinfo.co.uk so that you can manage your subscription.

The real question is can you get another 3 issues for a £1? Or is there some T&C's at work?

Ordered, Cheers :D

evo best car mag, has been for years - if you're not already subscribed then this is a hot offer

Good deal, but the tool kit can be picked up in markets for about £1, it's really cheap and nasty.

Well, I do these offer subs and cancel them all the time. In my experience, many companies will actually eventually ring if they have your details trying to entice you with further offers! :)

There seem to be loads of car mag offers on at present. Actually got a letter today confiming my latest - Octane magazine, 3 issues for £1.

Only slip up I've had most recently was with Haymarket publishing - 6 issues of Autosport for £1. I had only received 5 issues when I spotted they were about to take out a full DD payment for the next period! Grrr! And...there was only 8 days between the two payments! So, worth keeping an eye on your account...

Here's a load of '3 issues for £1' mags http://www.magazinesubscription.co.uk/3issuesfor1.php

Just applied for 3 months of evo, Bargain Price !

Always been too scared to sign up before in case of forgetting or not being able to cancel, But seems easy enough after reading some comments!
#12
So do you cancel straight after the order or do you wait until you receive the 3rd issue?
#13
Im pretty sure on my online baking i can cancel direct debits, I will do after the 3rd payment, And then write them a short email kindly cancelling the subscription.
#14
They take a £1 straight away and then on the last magazine being issued will automatically assume you want to take out a full years subscription for full value, I cancelled mine after I got the second mag by e-mail, got an e-mail back confirming my last issue will be XXXX on XXXX date, and to cancel any DD with the bank I might still have for safety. Simples.

Thanks for this, just ordered, I also got PC Pro and Games tm a few weeks back :)

So the consensus is to wait for 2nd issue to be delivered and then cancel with the company?

Also how do i cancel a direct debit with my back if i have not set up telephone or internets banking
