I can't find much information about it, but apparently the panel is made in Europe, and you can use the USB port to playback Divx etc.

Hi AndyKen,

•50Hz.
•Brightness 550cd/m2.

this is a cheap set and the fact that it only has one hdmi port doesnt do it any favours. its cheap for a full hd 40" lcd but i cant imagine quality is any good. i would prefer a 32" full hd tv with a solid brand name like sony/lg/samsung/panasonic for a similar price...

Be very wary of anything from Argos sold with an asterisk next to the price. I have reserved 2 items for collection and the price changed when I went to pick it up. One item doubled in price.
#38
Had 4 left to collect at my closest Argos and stock in 8 of the other 9 stores I checked nearby.

The asterisk next to the price is about information on what the item was previously available for sale, they got into trouble once for the claims of the 'was' price and always have the 'actually has been on sale for' price at the bottom of the page or if you move your mouse over the asterisk a pop up of the price appears.
