It's a good ok-ish deal for a hard drive usb stick (not flash if anyone is wondering).
#2
I'm not knocking this deal, but why would anybody want an 4GB HDD drive when a Flash equivalent isn't exactly lots more expensive?
#3
Yep IMO I'd take a USB stick solid state device over this type anytime. Smaller and more reliable.
#5
It's HDD inside.. It means faster than flash drive(read & Write). ^^
#6
better to get the flash drive. its pretty much the same price

Better MTBF for R/W on this than a flash drive, slower but much more reliable. Voted hot.

i'd caution anyone thinking of getting one of these - the hinge on the connector arm is essentially just the wires, a friend had one that lasted a day of moderate use before snapping off completely!

You could also get a nice looking 8GB Seagate Pocket Drive for 10 pounds more @scan: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=624046
Bought the Seagate Pocket Drive for £23+free delivery when it was on sale, and it looks great and is very fast (compared to my Flash Drives).
