WOW! that is a great price innit! ordering one now!

That's a bargain for £19.97. Doubles up as a 2Gb USB flash drive. Product might not be as well supported as the Creative Muvo 512Mb for £9.99 but four-times the capacity for approximately twice the price of the latter is good buy IMHO.

Good find!.

There's gotta be a pricing error somewhere this logic 1gb is 54.99 (forum regulars will know it was 29.99 at pc world a while back)

Looks like they're having a big clear out :) Thanks for this ;)

Please everyone vote on ALL deals and leave reputation where it's due! Thanks...

Does seem to be heavily discounted admittedly however at a guess the only way to find out whether or not this is genuine is if TheLink accept and ship the order. The cheapest 2Gb USB MP3 player is £36.96+p&p on eBuyer.com (http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/114121). eBuyer were selling a 1Gb USB MP3 player only a matter of weeks ago for £19.99 claiming that this was the cheapest available in the U.K. on the web. TheLink haven't changed their web-site within the last 1/2-hour so perhaps this is a genuine price.
Best Regards.

Yay I ordered one too! Couldn't resist it at that price!

Ok sorry to be a complete retard but where/how do you vote? and whats the whole reputation thing about?

As soon as I know I have a hell of a lot of back-voting to do from my lurking days ;)

Cheers!

With these MP3 players can you download the songs in ALBUMS and skip albums +/- . Cos if you cant then theres going to be a lot of pressing of buttons if your on song 1 and you want song 567 !!!:(
#9
Cracking stuff. Just ordered still at the said price.
#10
This is a pretty decent price considering a 2GB USB pen will cost the same and not have MP3 playback...

Awww :) thanks for the info dave! You're a star!

Riddles - omg I agree with you!!!! I gave in to temptation when I saw that price!

Spenspuma - I'm sorry, I really have no idea. I'm technically challenged - only reason I can even add pic's to my posts is because emma explained it plus I came across a thread for dummies like me! ;) I guess we'll all find out in a few days (assuming they send the mp3players out to us - fingers crossed!).

I don't think quidco get any commission at all dave, they give all the cashback to you. Their fee is the yearly £5 admin charge - which is great, as if you don't make the £5 cashback in a year, you won't be charged anyway.

But I think most HUKD users will be making more than £5 in a year... I've been with quidco for a year, and I've received about £200 cashback

Thanks Steff. Good while it lasted :)

well deal was genuine, mine arived on thursday, transfer seems below average, reckon it will take an hour to transfer 2gb.

but as a side note dixons have the 1gb refurb for 19.99,and i am sure someone can find deals to drop price or free delivery,£9.99 at the moment crazy.
#30
yeah, mine arrived on Thursday too with some dodgy free music pre-loaded. Transfer rate is slow so I'm guessing it's only USB1.1 - but what the heck, I've probably not got enough MP3's to fill it at the moment ;) Gonna have to start ripping my CD collection - now, where was that 320GB HDD offer??
#31
Offer was genuine. Must've been wanting to sell these for new stock.
#32
I formatted the player and transferred a bunch of songs onto it - yeah, it was slow to say the least but at least it was working. Today, it isn't even doing that. Each time I turn it on it just keeps blinking with the initial PORTABLE MP3 AND WMA PLAYER sign...no sorting, no menu....NO MUSIC!

Any idea what I did wrong? Help:-(
