How much is the ink for this ?

Oh, the colour one is split so you only replace the colour that runs out - methinks I'll be buying one of these.

Rep left :)

ps - black is 2 cartridges for £10 & each colour is £7 for two (www.theinkfactory.co.uk)

Looks as though a complete compatible set of inks are £7.17 from ink emporium inc VAT and del. (not sure if this is the cheapest)

http://www.inkemporium.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_DCP_115C__45.html

Also poundland used to have usb cables for, yes, £1 !! But I haven't seen them for a while. I got a couple from ebay for ~ £2 earlier this year.

Get the ink for mine from Choice at £1.79 each + free postage. Great service.

Got my Brother all in one a year ago. Not had a single issue. Easy to use, reliable, looks smart and is now used in my business churning out about 100 pages a day. Highly recommended.

I used to have a HP all in one and the ink was very expensive and it kept jamming. Will now always recommend Brother.

thanks for this...

got this and cancelled the one that was on order from Play for £29.99 (would never have arrived anyway!)...

I got a USB cable from SVP for 99p months ago in anticipation of getting a printer for a xmas present for TOH...

it is probably also worth pointing out that this is showing in the weekly "Mega Deals" on the Argos web site and it states that the offer ends on Tuesday 21st November - so maybe best to order before then, just in case the offer disappears ...

We have these in the school that i work in, every one has come back to the office.

If you don't use it regulary the ink dries up and you need to replace all 4 carts.

Had one of these for about a year, very impressed, ink is cheap, photo prints are good when printed in high quality mode, printing is quick and clear and the photocopier mode is more useful than I imagined. Scanning can be a bit slow when set to a really high res 1200dpi etc but quality is very good.

At £40 it is a great buy.

The ink cartridges are well filled as standard and are quite large so don't have to be replaced too often.

Excellent spot, have just bought and installed one :-D

It seems tons better [and smaller] than my aging X73

Rep duly added.

I bought the older, but very similar, 110c version of this printer about 18 months ago. I was happy with it at first, but then I had problems with the black ink not appearing (possibly drying up as mentioned by someone else). Also it won't let you print if any of the cartridges are 'empty'. Infuriating when you can clearly see that there is ink in the problem cartridge. To be fair I think lots of inkjets behave in this way.
Print quality is reasonable, but no better. Scanning is quite slow. I paid £60.

I reserved this item yesterday for GBP 39.99, and picked the printer today @ the store for the same price. They only checked the reservation date and asked me to pay the price as advertised!

Just thought id let you guys (and gals?) know that I ended up with the Brother DCP 310CN instead of the 115C, got some kinda wireless something or the other? :o And with compat carts priced to sell this is a billy!!

Oh and before I forget, if anyone fancies this buy a pencil or summet to make the price as little over £50 notes and get a £5 voucher.... Hell yes!
