It's a SAD therapy light and they aren't cheap. This is less than half the price other online retailers are selling it for. Also the cheaper version got 75% heat 2 weeks ago at £53 on Amazon when it's selling on Philips for £64.50 and this is a new model and is selling for £129. This is a much bigger saving so can't see why that was hot and this is cold?

Maplin do 1 for £25 I think.. Also a SAD light box for £40 while on offer. Cheapest I've seen. Feel free to find it and make a new deal.

It isn't a sad light at all - you are TOTALLY misdescribing it, the retailer or the manufacturer are making no such claim.

It is an exceptionally expensive light with no more features than that it comes on gradually, no more!

Why not ask them?

Perhaps Trading Standards would be another alternative, but either way, it's not a lamp for treating Seasonal Affective Disorder any more than it is for treating ingrowing toenails!
