Wow - £400 for a second hand phone. Amazing. What if it is not 'almost perfect' - can you return it and get your money back minus postage?

Yes, but you have to go through customer service to cancel the airtime contract which can be a hassle and risk getting charged the first month. A credit check is also needed.

Little risk of being charged for 1 month. If they do they will refund.
If they take 12 months charges as with my wife they will give £50 compensation.
Every pound helps!
