I purchased one of these at £339 as it stated it was 1080p - but on reading the manual it actually states it is 1080i but on saying that it does look the dogs and also looks like a de-badged samsung. - I asked ebuyer to comment but they have not so far.
looks good.....as said before very like a samsung!

1080P ready I think it says. The actual screen resolution is 1378 x 738, so this is not a 1080P set, it will just downscale the image to fit.

Safer to say it's really a 720P telly. Good looker for the price though.
Im not sure it is a de-badged samsung, more like one made to look like it with the drooping lower bezel. Specs are quite different as is layout of ports etc.
Con somebody who bought this tv please tell me if it has a heaphone socket?
so this tv isnt wall mountable?
Is there a noticeable diffreance between 1500:1 and 800:1 ratio, or is it just gimmick, and both would look the same.

I've not heard of the "Sense" brand before but was looking at this TV this morning and am really tempted.... Anyone know if it's any good compared to other similar priced LCD's??? I was considering the Vistron one ebuyer had for the same price as people said that had an Samsung screen.

How doe this one compare to that etc?
I wonder if this is better than the Vistron 32" SD model which was £299 up until yesterday, now £319
Vistron didn't have good reviews and just checked on 6 reviews on ebuyer and looks this one is it's brother and some same problems too.
Ouch !!!! Contrast 800:1 that's just absolutely awful - most 'cheaper' samsungs are 5000:1 upwards - but saying that it's a good £150 cheaper than a samsung so ....

As for wall mountable - I can't see the Vesa reference but looking on at the rear picture it seems to have the mounting screw holes.
Did you bother to look at the age of this thread?
Hi II've lost my instruction manual can anyone help?
