This is the thing with these offers, they will sell you something cheap and trick you into thinking your getting a steal! :?
#6
Well when this was advertised 3 weeks ago it got 1653 degrees of heat, and that was without the voucher. The Lovefilm subscription alone is worth i believe £95.88.
#7
Better deal than before with £10 voucher!!!! Has anyone received their Lovefilm subscription voucher back yet...I'm still waiting for nearly two weeks!
#8
the best blu rayer player for around £100 is the sony bdp-s360 is an outstanding player and also has regular firmware updates and has quik start load time.;-)

+ 10000 I personally have a PS3 but hear that the S360 is a beat of a blu-ray player much better than panasonic & samsung models.

Voted hot. Just bought one for a spare bedroom. Can't go wrong at this price with the £10 voucher and the Lovefilm subscription (Wouldnt buy it without these freebies - would get the one from Ebuyer).

still waiting for mine too.

happy with the player, normal dvds look great upscaled

Got mine and the Lovefilm voucher process worked OK (have two Blu-rays from Lovefilm atm).

The player's OK - yes it takes a bit of time to load, but is otherwise good.

I got mine today. Sent last Saturday, so took about 10 days.

Player is decent but could probably get an equally good one for £60 now-a-days. So £40 for the Lovefilm sub. Good if you want it.

The voucher is good but people should note the validity period is short and of course you can only use it if your gonna buy something else from Argos.
#14
Can someone please tell me which actual type of lovefilm subscription this is?
#15
Anyone know if the LoveFilm Sub can be used against Games (Ultimate 3 package i believe) or is it films only ( i assume)

Thanks in advance.

Let this ^ be a warning to those looking for a 'decent' blu ray. If its not got firmware updates its gonna be inferior to newer models.

Good for the bundle price; but my advice is to spend more but get a higher spec model. Samsungs (certaintly the newer models) are really good and cost around 140 ish.

I was still going to buy this at £110, but after reading many reviews think I am going to get the Sony BDPS370 from Amazon for £137.12 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-BDPS370B-CEK-BDPS370-Blu-ray-Player/dp/B0038M1UTW/ref=dp_ob_title_ce?ie=UTF8&qid=1274899339&sr=1-1
This has Youtube AND Iplayer and very fast load up times, since my router is behind my tv, I don't need the wireless version or the expensive wireless network adapter.

I just registered, but only mentions a 14day free trial...something looks like its gone wrong. any ideas?

*Update* you have to hit redeem gift certificate after registering and enter the code that toshiba send you. not obvious.
#28
anybody know whether this lovefilm voucher code can be used by existing customers?
#29
Yes. This is not a free trial with LoveFilm, it is a joint offer.
#30
For those that go for other BluRay players, that's great, but the point of this offer is that if you like DVD rental companies like LoveFilm especially if you use them already, you're pretty much getting a free BluRay player.
#31
under the terms and conditions of this it says your recepit needs the model number on but my argos receipt just says "blu ray player" has this been the same for everyone else?

No, you need to jot down the serial number as the online form to print out your certificate requires it. However, don't rip off any sticker from the BluRay player. You need it there incase you have problems with the player and ring support in future.

Can someone tell me where i need to send my receipt and certificate off to
