The L300 is an affordable laptop that comes with the reassurance of Toshiba?well known quality. Everyday computing tasks are no problem at all with an Intel Core 2 Duo T5800 processor, a SuperMulti DVD drive and 15.4?ruBrite widescreen. Built in WiFi wireless technology, modem and Ethernet port provide a wide range of connection options to the internet or home network.

Looks like a good deal, a bit cheaper than the Dell Inspiron 1525 and good specs. And you can expand the ram to 8GB.

Plus Quidco. Item code 397646

ent a bad spec tho for price but....

2of my m8s had Toshiba's for the start of there uni course, both of them hav had to send it off to be replaced due to it failing...(not sure what the prob was, no power and no charge lite, so sounds quite power related) I would get 1 for this sole reason...

on-board graphics but its motherboard does support up to 8gb of ram should you wanna upgrade it but then ya want a 64 bit os for any thing over 3.5gb

I am however going to vote hot if you wanna risk it for a biscuit on the reliability

Its still a great deal to have . No companies are reliable on laptop. If you buy two year extended warranty from Toshiba for about £53, you are safe for three years. Its a great spec. One great thing about Toshiba laptop is it has got international warranty. So still hot I would think.
