I went into my local home bargains today, and noticed these and was gobsmacked at them only being 99p!!!! I paid £6.99 for my Cheryl Cole ones a few weeks back! Images and Proof in post 1 :)

On the back of the packaging it states the following:

I havent tried my cheryl cole ones from last week yet lol, hope i can do them, i got the nadine ones from Home Bargains today theyve got mutlicoloured gems on them, very glitzy :)

Buy some "duo" lash adhesive, i got mine from ebay for about £5 to £6 , a small bottle lasts forever

I have some! I even have Eve Pearl black lash glue, trying to be ahead of the game, but I can't seem to get them to stay. :( Should probably practise with half ones eh!

yes it is just practice, I remember when i first tried to put them on, i managed to stick one lash about half an inch higher than my own lashes! I looked weirder than I normally do !!! :D
