THE F-14 Helmet - £15.00 Delivered @ Chain Reaction Cycles

£15.00 @ Chain Reaction Cycles
CRC seem to have some amazing bargains at the moment, would've gone for this if I hadn't just bought a helmet.. RRP of £69:99 may be a bit OTT, but seems a bargain @ £15. £56 @ Winstanley bikes. Read More

Hot deal if it fits you

You really want to try any helmet on before you purchase, as all heads are a different shape.

£15 delivered to save a fractured skull sounds good to me.

Hmm, hate it when the size/option I need is always the one that isn't on offer!! Hot though. Gonna have to fork out on a Giro Hex instead now.

no, genuine question

I guess it is the right side, but the left one does look like it has built-in sunglasses and a pair of breathing holes, would be really cool if that was the front

Ordered one last week mainly for trail/cross country...Prob look a twa* better to have and not need, than need and not have....Maybe I'm just getting old and sensible....Had a fall or two off motorbike,,,,and the one thing I always remember is my head bouncing...Everyone needs a good helmet...

I know what you mean but good 2nd choice with the Giro Hex...that's my current helmet and love the shape and fit.
Luckily they've got my size in this one though, med in blue, so time to try a new helmet. Thanks OP.

thanks what i want to know too X)

Cheers for that spot, ordered one to replace my 8 year old helmet, also ordered some heavily discounted gloves to go with it too!

That website is painfully, PAINFULLY slow though, for a massive company like that its strange?

Dont forget 4% QuidCo too
#29
Normally it's a fast website
#30
The website has been really slow for a few days, I tried ordering a cat eye bike computer on saturday and gave up , really slow!

Good reviews for this helmet. Great price. Heated for me.

on a side note

anyone recommend a decent pair of cycling glasses for no more than £20, casual cycling

BTW heat added, helmet ordered, first helmet I'll have ever worn while cycling (been cycling for over 30 years), about time I got one (guess I've been lucky, came off bike twice when I was a lot younger and nothing that serious)
