Handle doesn't look very comfortable to grasp/hold either - particularly when full?
#4
Does anyone know if this will hold hot liquids?

Yes it does... I have around 6/7 of these in white and we're forever drinking tea out of them!

These are fine. I have a few black and white ones and they are OK. A little bit on the small size but OK. :¬}

I have these mugs. Im not a tea or coffee drinker, but all my visitors make comment on how great they are

Are they the same ones as used in the ikea restaurant? My only problem with them is they are too small. A couple of big glues and it's empty.
#13
great find! Thanks!
#14
Cheap, but horrible.... handle looks difficult to hold, would probably burn my hand!

No, these are the bigger ones. Still a bit smaller than a regular mug but they're fine.

as the nearest store is 10miles away I won't be going for a 35p mug.
#17
We've got these in work. They're murder to hold.

In that case this will be roasting.... when the tea lands in your lap :)
#19
Had these before - the handle isn't fantastic. You won't burn your hand but it just feels a little uncomfortable when using. Sure you'd get used to it though

Fantastic you are right, pear shaped is the most stable shape for cups, like many soup mugs. As for a company and government, top heavy company topples over too (too many chiefs than Indians).

Cold, you can buy 2 HRЁЖYVs for the same price
#22
can't beat the price, shame we don't have Ikea near by

They do hold hot liquid but if you touch the mug when it is filled with hot liquid you could burn yourself as they are quite thin
#24
Also have a cut out at the bottom,so water drains off them when they're upside down after you have washed them.
Ingenius :)
#25
I have these mugs they are great for the price, I don't get upset if they get broken as cheap to replace
#26
I've got these mugs they are great! comfy to hold and not too big! We've never had a problem with them being knocked over easily......

If only they invented an attachment that can be moved or used by hand...

Never!! Really? oO

I've been using one of these in work for yonks, it's never toppled over (and more often than not it's popped down on uneven surfaces!) and I've never had a major issue with the handle!

A deal for the mugs oO

Got these mugs they're fine. I only like smaller cups so perfect for me. Cheap to replace to

I've had mine for nearly a year now, been using almost daily and putting it in the dishwasher - it's not even chipped.
Only downside is it's a bit tricky to handle when it's full of hot liquid as the handle is tiny and the mug conducts the heat so is hot to the touch.

Haven't had any issues with it spontaneously toppling over cos it's top heavy X)
#34
These are 8oz/25cl mugs, about 2/3 the capacity of regular ones. Great for Nespresso as the cup would cost less than what you put inside it ;)
#35
I've had a few of these for two years now and they've been absolutely fine for freshly boiled hot drinks. The handle can be bit fiddly but not a major issue.
#36
I've had one for a few months & use daily, had no issues & it looks as good as new, highly recommend.(_;)

Good price

I was wondering what brand this mug was! One appeared in my kitchen cupboard a couple of weeks ago but neither the husband nor I have any idea how it got there... :/
