It's not that bad. I thought the controls worked quite well. I think it's exactly the same game that's on the PSP but obviously with the motion controls.

Although I expect the F1 2010 game coming out on the PS3 and 360 will be a bit better... :)

Got this on release too for £25 (bargain at the time).

Not sure how Jake360 managed to get it on release from Argos for £19.99 tho!!

I actually had 2 on pre-order from Argos at £30 each but with a 20% discount (so £24 each) because I ordered back in Sept! However after numerous calls to HQ, I cancelled because they were NOT selling the package with the wheel.

Also have to STRONGLY disagree with the opinions of the game. It is, without doubt, THE best driving game on the Wii. Now it doesn't (and shouldn't) be compared to games on the PS3 or XBox360. For beginners it has loads of driving aids and for experienced gamers you can switch these off and add things like weather, tyre wear and fuel and even randon mechanical failure into the mix!!

You can just do a quick race, full race weekend with practice sessions and qualifying or even a full championship season! There are also more than 50 challenges and stats galore on tracks, teams and drivers.

The only thing missing IMHO is the lack of online racing !! However, this is, sadly, a common thing with the Nintendo Wii.

My 7yo daughter has even had a few races with me and done not too bad.

Not withstanding Jake360's rather miraculous purchase, I have NEVER seen this cheaper so it's hot, Hot, HOT from me :-)

It's not bad at all.
It gets an average of 7/10, with an 8 from eurogamer and a 7/10 from Edge magazine.

If you want the best F1 game you wouldn't bother with consoles at all. This is a good game for people who only have a Wii.

Great game, I love it and have driven no less than 5000 miles on the thing since I got it for Xmas.

Highly recommended.
