ordered ta..........just got to figure how to play this with new g27 setup.......all because I sold my Honda Type R
#4
cheapest price I've seen so far.

has this game been patched up yet? I remember hearing quite a few problems with it at launch

I got the game on release its the best PC f1 game out there but it flawed also
#6
saw it and added it to the steam deals about 8 hours ago slowcoach

played it briefly on the xbox360 but controls were a joke - im all for realism but first and foremost a game has to be enjoyable and playable....this game isnt either at all
though maybe practice and perservernace would change my view but dont have time for that....good price though

if it wasn't for the fact that this years f1 cars look so stupid with that horizontal fine, i'd probably buy this game
#8
shame the cars have no 'bump' modelling when going over kerbs in this game

Now they fixed some of the bugs, its a good game and this is a great price, heat added.

I'd hardly say it was an awful game lol, It might have some pitfalls in the way the game functions on cutting corners etc, but its without doubt the best F1 game in the market and this is a fantastic price., I hope they can release a patch to accomodate the driver changes for the 2011 season.

I'd also look forward to some kind of live uplink to the races so you can race the drivers live during racing conditions...I thought that was supposed to be coming in?

Great game, £15 is a bargain. Ignore the person that says it's awful. It's not.

From a whopping 12 people.

Can people stop staying "Good price; awful product". It doesn't make sense.

I completely agree but when i raised this last time it turned into a riot. On this site it doesnt matter how crap a product is, just price compared to rrp. ( i am not saying this is a crap game - not played it yet).

For anyone who's willing to give this game a chance I think you will find it is worth it.

I got it a while back, started playing the Bahrain GP on hard settings and the drab setting and the fact I kept overcooking the acceleration out of every corner meant I quickly dropped it.

Just gave it another go last week and it's now my favourite game. I dropped the settings to medium difficulty to learn the tracks and found it so enjoyable, engaging and exhilarating to play.

It was getting late one night and I'd got to the Monte Carlo GP so I gave it a quick go. Then spent about the next 3 hrs restarting the race over and over again trying to get it right, loving every minute of it. For anyone who has had any affection for F1, past or present, you can't beat this game for the feeling of genuine F1 racing.

It's not a full simulation, but I personally wouldn't want that. Just now advancing onto the idea of getting rid of the racing line and doing manual gear changes and I love it. Shame it's gone up in price today.

I can feel them through my g25

Yes I feel the corners through rumble and force feedback on my wheel
