Fed up? Just gone back to work after the Xmas break? Wanna kill every single muppet that you bump into? Sounds like plan to me, and so did Bill Foster in this awesome film. Amazon have kindly pricematched (link in post below but a delay in postage) but elsewhere:-
Base.com £9.59
Zavvi £11.85
HMV £11.99
DVD Source £13.99
MovieMail £17.99

Freeways are clogged. Terror stalks our cities. At shops and restaurants, the customer is seldom right. The pressures of big-city life can anger anyone. But Bill Foster is more than angry. He's out to get even.

"I'm going home", Foster says as he abandons his grid-locked car on the hottest day of the year. Instead, he walks straight into an urban nightmare by turns absurdly funny and shatteringly violent. Michael Douglas is Foster, an ordinary guy at war with the frustrations of daily living. Robert Duvall is the savvy cop obsessed with stopping Foster's city-wide rampage. Falling Down is their story, a spellbinding, unconventional thriller that asks: "are we falling apart?"

A much deeper film than most realise. One of the few films that must be watched more than once. Hero or anti-hero? You decide.

awesome film. nearly ordered this the other day.

Only 2.0 audio though, surely the blu ray release of this excellent movie deserves better than that?

Most people under 25 have never heard of this film. The days when BBC and ITV would screen these films, you would stay up of a school night and talk about it the next day are over.

"I'm the bad guy?"

Amazing film. Imagine if they tried to do it today. The PC brigade would never let them.

Too true - the buzz around the playground after we'd all been allowed to stop up and watch 'The Good, The Bad & The Ugly' - I can remember it still
