Great film. Funnily enough was thinking about it today before I saw this post. I was sat in traffic on the M25 in the hot sun this morning and it reminded me of the point at which he flipped in the film.

Nah the time he flips is when he's at the fast food place and tries to order a breakfast at 2 minutes past eleven. One of the all time great scenes.

i felt like i was about to have a falling down moment today

went to tescos, opened up a PC mag from it's bag and the manager/supervisor claimed i'd rendered it unsellable (what a load of bo**ocks) and was marched out

If I was the manager, I'd have had a Falling Down moment with you. FFS ripping open the plastic bag so you could have a read is like taking a bite out of an apple to see what it tastes like then putting it back.:whistling:

Get outta my store:p

IMO this is one of those film that DVD quality could do fine... it doesn't need the extra details...

I read about one bloke who stole all the rubbishy bingo cards from out of 'THE SUN' newpaper - after the van delivered thembut before the store opened - he got caught and sentenced.

What did you expect to happen ?

BTW - Great Movie that famouse scene -

can we avoid comparasions with theft please?

comparasion with opening say a sealed jar of coffee would have been better, but still flawed as the mag isn't damaged in being exposed to air.

my arguement would be for every bagged mag to have an open copy (it cost the retailer nothing since they can reclaim credit for any unsold copy from the publisher) - the fact people can check to see if it's a worthwhile edition makes a purchase more likely IMHO

Not bad?!

I've never seen a decent film released on BD for less than this!

Thanks for the rep though.
