Just thought of an even cheaper way. Sign up the Tesco DVD or Lovefilm using their free trial codes. Rent this then send it back and cancel your subscription. Easy:thumbsup:

FYI:
"Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition"
---
It has recently been announced by Bethesda that the five pieces of downloadable content available for the Xbox 360 & PC platforms (and later for the PS3) will all be available to buy bundled with the "Game of the Year Edition" of the title (available in the US from 13 October 2009, or currently "October 2009" in the UK/Europe, including the PS3 variant).
By the time the "Game of the Year Edition" is available the first four downloadable components will also be available in two separate retail packs, with the fifth being rumoured to be available as a solo component.
The five addition components to the game, available as a complete set on the same disk as the main title in the "Game of the Year Edition" will therefore be:
* The G.E.C.K.
* Operation: Anchorage
"Start by entering a military simulation of one of the game’s most epic battles, liberating Anchorage, Alaska from communist invaders."
* The Pitt
* Broken Steel
"The Pitt brings you back to the world in a sprawling, ravaged and morally challenging experience in post nuclear Pittsburg, Pennsylvania."
"Broken Steel extends the Main Quest, allowing you to find out what happens next in the Capital Wasteland and extends the level cap to 30, with all new perks and achievements to unlock along the way."
* Point Lookout
"Explore a massive new swampland area filled with new quests and content."
* Mothership Zeta
"You’ve survived the Washington Wasteland, battled behemoths, mutilated mutants and lived to tell the tale. Now in Mothership Zeta, survive an alien abduction and see how tough you really are."

BFN,

As this is the 3rd expansion can you buy this one and start it first to get the Cap lifted or do you need to start from Anchorage and do them in order.

Each Expansion acts as a new mission on the map. The only one that doesn't is the Broken Steel add on, where the Broken Steel story starts as soon as the main quest ends, but the level cap goes to 30 instantly and apparently you run in to some of the new enemies from the broken steel quest in the main quest as well.
So to answer your question, you can install them in any order you like! or not install them at all!
