First post so be nice :)
Shopto have this offered £34.85, so its not the cheapest but seems like a good alternative.
Never bought from blockbuster so please comment.
Looking forward to this game, never completed Fallout 3 but enjoyed it none the less.

Why so sold??

From what I've found the only other place to get this from for 34.99 is blockbuster? Are they guaranteed for release date? As shopto is pretty much guaranteed for 1 or 2 days before release lol
#4
Collectors edition looks really nice.
Not sure why fattyuk, because shopto is cheaper.
As I stated I have never purchased from blockbuster so I do not know how good or bad they are with orders.
With shopto you will get it on the day or before if you are lucky but some people have had bad experiences with them, me not being one :)
Going to pre order next week, so if prices drop slightly.

The bad experiences you refer to where a couple of years ago when they were using a very poor online payment system, since using sagepay and paypal there hasn't been any problems. He'll if you don't receive you're game within 3 days they give you 3 quid and resend another.

Never had any problems with shopto after buying a hand full of games from them.
Looking at the google comments for blockbuster they seem hit and miss really but most of the comments are referring to the dvd rental service.
As stated its just an alternative, not seen it anywhere else cheaper.

I love shopto lol only reasonn I'm getting it from them is so I get it early, and I'll sell my copy from the special edition when I get it. Gonna be costing me £105.00 ATM lol

Well worth it though!!

Not voting either way but if you go to zavvi.com you can buy fallout nv for 37.95

but if you have plans for another future/released game to take that to £60 you can remove £6 off with QUIDCO60.

then you can remove a further 10% off through http://www.walkers.co.uk i have it ordered for 31.46 as well as dead space 2... you can get it cheaper still if you find games you like for say £23...

Can anyone confirm these codes stack, Walkers site says

"Special Restrictions: Maximum Spend £100. Cannot be used with any other voucher code or coupon offer. "

Gonna wait for the inevitable GOTY edition I think.

Just tried the quidco60 and my walkers 10%, both are applied to my order with no message saying one is allowed etc.
Not sure if order will go through then get cancelled when they find out you have go two codes but I am showing Dead Rising 2 £27.14 and Fallout New Vegas £31.27, Total £58.41
Seems a good price for it and I want DR2, £27 is not bad price.
Also would it be 5.5% with quidco? 3.5 for games sale then for sale with voucher, am I wrong with this?
Can you confirm the walkers+quidco voucher combo Treab.

See you in 18 months time then mate lol.

I spent £40 on fallout 3 , £30 on special edition, then another £40 on the dlc i had to wait for for on ps3 , did sell 1 for £20 but still worth the money for over 400 hrs play!!

Never understand when people say they'll wait for price to drop on these sort of games?

Just placed my order at zavvi with quidco code walkers voucher for DR2 and Fallout New Vegas.
Wait and see if it get accepted or not.
Depending on how successful this game is depends on the depreciation, look at MW, that was still £30ish when MW2 was about to come out.
I don't really care on price drop, if I want it mad enough it will get it at release like I am doing with fallout.

I think you answered your own question. If games didn't get re-released, I doubt so many people would wait. Plus the content should arguably be free if you have spent £35.00 on a game in the first place.

Fallout 3 was a good game, I bought it on day release. I'm just not into buying games again after paying to play it in the first place. Each to their own though.
